Residential Conveyancing Executive
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary: up to £50,000 per annum + bonus
Assure Personnel are supporting a top conveyancing specialist in their search for a Residential Conveyancing Executive to join their growing team in Chelmsford. You’ll manage a varied and complex caseload, working closely with developers, clients and agents on everything from sales to re-mortgages, shared ownership, lease extensions and more.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience handling complex residential transactions
- Strong communication and compliance skills
- A client-first mindset and eye for detail
- CLC/SRA qualification
