Account Manager- Promotional Products
Location: Colchester – Office Based
Salary: £26k – £29k + bonus

Our client, a well-established supplier of promotional products with over 20 years of industry experience, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling client enquiries via phone and email
  • Preparing and following up on sales quotations
  • Processing orders efficiently (15-20 orders per day)
  • Providing exceptional after-sales support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records
Experience Required:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office-based sales or sales support role
